Arriving at a doctors office for the first time can be a nerve racking experience. At Rosewood our aim is to remove any stress causing unnecessary tension and make you feel comfortable.

We believe in the value of wellness care for you and your family and have maintained a pricing structure that allows care for all budgets. Our office participates in most insurance programs. We also accept auto accident cases.


Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, please call us to find out if your plan covers care in our office. Our staff  will verify and explain your benefits before treatment, at no charge.

No Insurance

If you have no insurance or do not have chiropractic benefits there is still a way for you to receive the care you need. Many patients pay directly for care, as they discover chiropractic to be extremely cost-effective and affordable.

We offer a New Patient Special so you can experience Rosewood and discounted packages for future care.

Chiropractic/Massage Cancellation Policy

We strive to render excellent care to you and the rest of our patients and clients. Your care and treatment is a priority to us. We also ask that you respect your therapists and physicians time and expertise as well.

In an attempt to be consistent with this, we have a Chiropractic/Massage Appointment Cancellation Policy that allows us to schedule appointments for our patients, with respect for your time, the next patients time, and the doctor and therapists time.

We request that you give 24 hours notice in the event that you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment. If a patient misses an appointment without contacting our office, it is considered a “missed” or “no show” appointment. YOU WILL BE CHARGED a flat fee of $50 for the visit. Additionally, if a patient is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, it will be considered a “missed” or “no show” appointment, and that appointment will be rescheduled. Also, if you miss more than 3 appointments, Dr. Andrade reserves the right to discharge you from the practice for failing to follow treatment recommendations.
